Contact us

Bus Times is made by a small team in London. We read everything that comes in, and reports from users are how most data problems get found.

Get in touch

Send us a message through the Bus Times help centre. It also answers the most common questions directly — connection errors, why a countdown jumped, coverage, favourites, and how to manage your ad and data preferences — so it is worth a search before you write.

What to include

Live transit problems are hard to reproduce after the fact. The more of this you can give us, the better the odds we can actually fix it:

  • The stop — its name, or better, the stop page link you were looking at
  • The route and, if you have it, the bus registration
  • What you expected and what you saw, with rough times
  • Your device and browser, or the app version if you were in the app

Reporting wrong times

If a bus arrived well before or after its countdown, that is usually the vehicle's own tracker or the operator's feed rather than something we can correct directly — but tell us anyway. Repeated reports on the same route are what let us identify a bad feed and raise it with the operator.

Missing or wrong stops

Stop locations come from national datasets. If a stop is missing, in the wrong place, or named oddly, send us the location and we will check it against the source data.

The apps

For issues specific to the iOS or Android app, the help centre is still the fastest route. You can also reach the listings directly:

Privacy and data requests

To ask what data we hold or request its deletion, use the help centre and say it is a data request. The privacy page explains what the website stores.

Press, partnerships and advertising

Business enquiries go to Mobicia, which builds and operates Bus Times.
